Han har lett kompetensprojekt för flertalet av nordens större arbetsgivare inom både privat och offentlig sektor . Privat bor han med sin familj i Alingsås strax utanför Göteborg och har även tillbringat mycket av sin fritid på fotbollsplaner runtom i Västra Götaland som ledare i ett lokala fotbollsungdomslag.
