On 17-19 November 2004 the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in cooperation with the Swedish National Defence hosted an International expert conference on the theme of computer network attacks and the applicability of International humanitarian law. The purpose and aim of the conference was to promote a shared understanding of the legal issues involved.
