A brief history of the Swedish armed forces

This book has been inspired mainly by the interest expressed by foreign military attachées in Stockholm to know more about the history of the Swedish armed forces, the knowledge in question to be communicated in a major international language. Another motive for the book is the lack, felt by the students of the Swedish National Defence College, of a brief history of the organizational development of their country's armed forces.
